Spinner

spinnerSpinner is a mobile gaming service, played via USSD or a premium rated short code. It’s an ideal way to market and grow your brand, build up your customer database and engage with customers.

How does it work?

The player simply dials a USSD string on his or her cellphone, receives fact, and is automatically entered into a competition for a chance to win instant airtime or other prizes. The system randomly generates numbers and the airtime is automatically delivered to the cell phone.

Mobile Panic Buttons

Once activated, the mobile panic button sends a distress SMS detailing the user’s location to 4 preset emergency contacts. That means a friend or family member can look for the user or call the emergency services to help.

The service includes two additional features:

  • GuardMe: The user sets up an alert that triggers after a specified amount of minutes. If the alert is not deactivated, a distress SMS is sent to his or her emergency contacts:
  • Follow-On Tracking: If set up by the subscriber, this enables emergency contacts access to track him or her for a specified period of time.

Cellfind Assist

Cellfind AssistCellfind Assist is an emergency service mobile application designed for companies who want to enhance their value-added services for consumers or provide their staff with additional wellness benefits.

When a user accesses the assist button on the handset, Cellfind will receive the alert, locate the SIM card, and forward the location information to the relevant call centre. An agent will call the person, determine the reason for the call, and dispatch an emergency service if necessary.
